To be eligible to obtain a Visa for Saudi Arabia, candidates must be a citizen of one of the eligible countries, or be a permanent resident of one of the GCC countries (Bahrain, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait,and the UAE).
Applicants must have the following to complete the online application form:
A valid passport with at least six months remaining from the date of arrival.
An up-to-date email address, to receive the Visa for Saudi Arabia.
A credit or debit card to pay the fee for the electronic visa.
GCC residents may need to provide a scanned copy of their GCC residency document, though this is normally submitted after the initial application.
Candidates who do not meet all the visa requirements for Saudi Arabia cannot apply for the online Saudi Arabia Visa.

Travelers wishing to travel Saudi Arabia for tourist purposes, who meet the visa requirements, can apply for the Saudi Arabia Visa. The application form only takes a few minutes to complete.
The application form involves entering basic information (such as name, address, date of birth, and nationality) and the visitor’s passport details, as well as answering some questions regarding security and travel plans.

The renewal process is quick and simple like the initial application. Applicants must complete the same application form and the process is very similar.
When asked, applicants must indicate that they have been to Saudi Arabia previously, and enter the eVisa reference number from the expired visa. This speeds up the application process as the screening stage has been carried out previously.
